Awesome post Mary, even though you only have four words. Your photos are wonderful! Good Morning and Good Night to you too, dear Mary!

Great macros, great post, Mary. A picture is worth a 1000 words, or more in this case. A four word post! Is your keyboard still broken?

I loved these pictures, Mary! An entire day seen in pictures. At this time of year, it is so nourishing to see flowers in bloom. Your dog drinking from the pond was a wonderful shot. Just beautiful ...

Lovely lovely photos--the detail is amazing. Especially the caterpillar and the ladybug.

Got my poetry brain going here--and did a haiku for you:

Mary takes great photos
Ladybug, caterpillar
Such superb details

Not as good as Laura in NJ.

Gorgeous, gorgeous pictures!!! I am so envious of all the green in them. We are being hit with a cold-snap...and it's not going away for the next ten days. Booooo!

Beautiful pictures Mary, as always.
I look forward to your blog each day. I hope you get your computer fixed soon so you can type again although the 4 words today were wonderful!
I know you wrote me you use a Kodak Easy Share camera with with the large optical/digital zoom lens. Can you share what model it is? I am camera shopping.
PS..you can wait to reply till you have a normal keyboard. I'll be patient. Thanks Mary!

Pam, I hope all is well with you! Can you let us know somehow?

Ruth, macros? Do I have macros? I just zoom in but if I get too close or zoom too far, I get complete blurs.

Kate, glad you enjoyed my day. It was very warm yesterday but now we are freezing.

Donna, I am so honored. I love your Haiku! You inspire me to think about word choices every day.

Mon@rch, it's nice to share without words. A nice break from the keyboard.

Laurie, I tried to create some sort of Idea or Short Story with my friend, the camera. Glad you are smiling.

Jess, hopefully you will be able to get those seedlings planted!

Verena in Austria, thanks for your cheery note! Enjoy your Easter and those pretty decorations!

Jayne, glad you enjoyed them. At one point I was standing in the middle of a busy bumble bee convention :O/

Dorothy, it's a Kodak EasyShare Z612 with 12x optical zoom plus 4x digital. It's a small camera, lightweight, and does the job for me. I'm not quite at the point for a more complex camera or interchangeable lenses yet. Don't worry, I'm getting used to a laptop keyboard even though I screw up a lot on it. I'll be posting about the keyboard/mouse saga soon. Stay tuned.

Great post, Mary. Loved your photos -- the bewd on top of the pinecone . . . wow!

Great solution for "Wordless" Wednesday! :)

I can't believe you were so sparing of syllables, Mary.

But you sure have great photos. Is that a blooming gardenia at the top?

Annie

Mary said...

Cuppa, you are having nice weather, aren't you?

Liza, I cheated again in a very subtle way, didn't I?

Annie, the syllables will come again, for sure. That looks like a gardenia but it's a saucer magnolia, I think. It's the same bush you called a saucer magnolia a few weeks ago?

I think I could smell spring in your post. Drink it in for me.
